1. Richards Law sends text communication (not promotional or advertising) messages to clients and other parties as a regular form of communication. This helps efficiency to set up meetings, meet at the courthouse, verify information even if you or your attorney is at a remote location, and verify the status of your case.  For opposing parties, this accelerates resolution, clarifies problems, and aids in keeping communication lines open.
2. Text messaging originator opt-in dates and consent will NOT be shared with any third parties.
