We have worked with various law firms and very familiar with the the type of work product/process you can expect. We have to say that JR exceeded our expectations. Not only was he able to grasp the issues on the first call, he accommodated an on-site visit and provide preliminary thoughts on the spot which made our decision to retain him very easy. We also find very refreshing that JR was very adaptable to our situation and advised us how to deal with the matter in order to avoid unnecessary escalation requiring legal fees although we were ready to pursue the matter further. He was the “cool head” that we needed to prevail in our situation. All in all, JR will continue to be part of our advisor team for our East Bay real estate matters.
