Sold! 115 City View Drive, Daly City, CA. This one was a different because it was owned by a trust and the trustee wanted to sell the property to their niece at a significant discount. The great part about that is that the transaction was still arm’s length and both sides were protected. We still had disclosures and all of the statutory necessary docs. They took advantage of Richards Law’s flat fee arrangement. We represented the seller only, but provided significant help with the buyer to walk her through her first home sale. The seller was happy!
