6633 Donlon Way Dublin, CA Is Now Pending. I want to congratulate my seller for sticking with it and getting the sale of her property after a considerable time on the market. She took advantage of our flat fee real estate sales. We listed it on the market. Conducted open houses. I even performed a virtual walkthrough and it worked! This was not a FSBO, but the no commission arrangement worked for her benefit. We had a lot of foot traffic, but all offers were low. Then we had three strong offers all at one time.
